It is a recently refurbished and fancy property located in Upper Village district just next door to Joffre lakes and whistler village. The staff are competent and provide an excellent service. As for me the food is fabulous, and they have lots of meals.

Recommended for couples looking for luxury
We stayed in a Superior King Room and honestly, the bathroom was huge and had all the right stuff like a soaking tub. Room service? It was nothing short of fabulous, every dish was good!
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but was still acceptable for the quality.

The warm red cedar and stone decor created a cozy ambiance that perfectly complemented Whistler's natural beauty. The spacious layout made it easy for me to navigate effortlessly.
More parking options would enhance convenience.

The Bellman was a bit arrogant for my taste, doesn't have to be in a 5 star house... Room as expected tiptop, only a little dark furnished...

Beautiful spacious rooms with fireplace. The bathroom was also nice and big.
The house is a little bit remote, which is not so good, if you don't want to eat there in the evening for example

Our suite had a balcony with a view of the mountains and a cosy gas fireplace in the living area. A very large bathroom and a separate room for the luggage provided a pleasant living comfort. The personnel was very friendly and for a small surcharge, they gave us another room than the one booked. The breakfast is highly recommended!
All good!

The Four Seasons in Whistler has a fine ambiance with its red cedar and stone decor. The location is perfect, close to beautiful hikes and a quick walk to the village. The heated outdoor pool is a highlight, especially after a long day of skiing. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. The room had some issues. The mini bar fridge didn't keep my baby's breast milk cold enough, leading to spoilage. I asked for help, but no one addressed it. The bathroom light kept shutting off, forcing me to wave my hand just to stay lit. The dining options had some highlight dishes but also some quality concerns, like the carrots that were old and should have been fresh. The ski concierge service has promise but fell short when it came to keeping track of our gear. I expected more from a supposed five-star experience, especially with the lack of attention in some areas.

Ski concierge
The price and enormous taxes applied to the high cost that we did not know when booking with Booked.net for a 5 star hotel there is room for improvement
